DEAR GUESTS

as of April 2009 we're only renting our Hula Suite,
Napili Village Condo & Island Surf Condo for your vacation.


Due to Maui County TVR (transient vacation rental) regulations
we have to cease vacation business for the other rentals for now.

Our Bed & Breakfast permit is in process and we hope to be back in business soon with our Sunset Suite and the 'Akahi Studios.
Our Cottage Oasis will be available long-term for you
(at least 6 months contracts).
